We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, analytics, tracking, audience targeting, SEO/AEO, and performance measurement.

The candidate should be comfortable working with and understanding key marketing metrics, including:

- Custom performance metrics and custom metric formulas
- Campaign-level and channel-level performance analysis
Ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
- Able to independently set up, track, analyze and optimize campaigns
- Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking and attribution
- Comfortable working with marketing data and creating performance-based insights
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Able to measure marketing performance against business objectives
